Elizabeth Norton Consulting Attorney
Elizabeth retired in 2019 as a Supervising Deputy District Attorney in Butte County, after having served over 25 years in California as a prosecutor. Elizabeth prosecuted felony narcotics cases including marijuana; domestic violence; sexual assault; gangs and homicide.
Elizabeth is a highly skilled trial attorney and an expert in search and seizure. She has also been an instructor for law schools, colleges and law enforcement academies.
Brad Meyer Owner/Advisor
Brad is currently a Sergeant with a large California Law Enforcement agency and has over 19 years of service. He has developed and established a K-9 unit from the ground up for a California Law Enforcement agency and is currently a K-9 unit supervisor and trainer for a large K-9 Unit. He has hundreds of hours of documented in-field canine deployments. He has also testified and given K9 explanations in court regarding canine training and pretrial readiness preparation with canine handlers and DDA’s.
Brad has taught many different Police K-9 Case Law Courses and has established new techniques to help handlers deploy safely and efficiently. He has handled four different Police K-9’s on the streets, from Patrol, EOD, SWAT, Narcotics, and Tracking.
Along with his wife, Amie, they own and operate Meyer's Police K-9 Training.
